About
I’m currently a third-year Exercise Science student at the University of Cincinnati, where I’ve built a strong foundation in how to design effective, structured training programs. I’ve been working in the fitness space for the past three years as a group fitness instructor, and I became a certified personal trainer in March 2025.
My approach to coaching is rooted in both education and real-world experience. I focus on creating individualized programs that are structured, progressive, and built to actually fit your lifestyle. I’m also planning to sit for my CSCS exam this September to continue expanding my knowledge and provide the highest level of coaching possible.
Outside of training, I’m usually with my toy poodle, Lola, who keeps me busy and is basically my built-in walking partner. Fitness has always been a huge part of my life, but so is building balance, routine, and a lifestyle that feels sustainable, and that’s exactly what I want to help my clients do too.
