Katherine Croce Fitness offers digital fitness programs and online coaching services. Please review this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Fitness Programs

Due to the digital nature of pre-planned fitness programs:

  • All sales of digital programs are final and non-refundable.

  • Once access is granted, programs cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital product and waive any right to a refund.

1:1 Online Coaching Services

For online coaching services:

  • Payments are non-refundable once coaching services have begun.

  • If a cancellation request is submitted before coaching begins, a refund may be considered at the sole discretion of Katherine Croce Fitness.

  • Missed sessions, lack of participation, or failure to follow programming do not qualify for a refund.

Subscription or Monthly Coaching (if applicable)

If coaching is offered on a monthly or recurring basis:

  • All subscription payments are non-refundable.

  • Clients are responsible for canceling their subscription prior to the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.

  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

Program Access Issues

If you experience technical difficulties accessing a purchased program or coaching platform, please contact me at [your email address]. Reasonable efforts will be made to resolve access issues, but this does not guarantee a refund.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Katherine Croce Fitness may result in immediate termination of access to programs or coaching services.

Exceptions

Refunds, credits, or exchanges may be granted in rare circumstances at the sole discretion of Katherine Croce Fitness. Any approved exception does not set a precedent for future refunds.
