As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Exercise Science student at the University of Cincinnati, I combine evidence-based programming with personalized coaching to create workouts that are effective, challenging, and sustainable. Together, we'll focus on proper movement, progressive strength training, accountability, and long-term results.
Each membership includes personalized workout programming, progress tracking, training app access, exercise demonstrations, and ongoing support between sessions to help you stay consistent and confident both inside and outside the gym.
